Default Marantz PM66SE schematic wanted

Hi,
Does anyone have this schematic or the whole service manual?
It actually sounds ok but i would like to have a look att the innards of it to see if anything is worth modifying.

The first thing i intend to do is to dampen the ringing of the PSU, clearly visible on a 20MHz scope.

Anybody modified one of these?

Thanks

I have upgrade PM63 with better transistors and power electrolytes to a higher power amp, and I remember was better sound. I used Sanken transistors and nichicon condensers.

Tell me more, which transistors has this marantz.... are those 2SC5198 and 2SAxxxxx -> can't remember number.. and I think there are two transistors per channel..

I would like a schema too

cheers

I have the PM66SE (not KI) service manual (original, paper). Send me your e-mail address and I'll send you a scan (18 pages).

My PM 66SE has died, but all the lights still come on and the volume knob still turns with the remote control. I'd be most obliged if you could please email me the service manual, many thanks - j.nicolls@ntlworld.com

Default PM66se KI schematic needed

I took a soldering iron to my pm66se KI before I discovered this forum where it seem to be a simple matter of changing a resistor. I had the same problem other people had where no the output stage is permanently isolated and no relay clunk can be heard. If anyone good help me out I would appreciate it. Email: argat7@doramail.com

Love my PM66SE - had it for many years. But now has the problem someone here mentioned... looks like works fine, but no audio out... and no clunk of the relay when turn on power.

'scope, meter, soltering iron at the ready :-)

Cheers.
