I am looking for a depletion mosfet that can handle 300V for a fet currens source as anode loade in a tube amp.
I found these with the search: http://www.infineon.com/cgi/ecrm.dll...&cat_oid=-8177 and http://www.supertex.com/products/selector_guides/102 and the DN2540 I can't find these locally so I' m still looking for more devices to chose from. Any suggestions?
