Can I use this 100V polyester caps in place of the stacked metal film specified in the leach amplifier?

I do not know the Leach amplifier but . . .
If it has the same value in µF/nF/pF then yes. Otherwise I (we) need to know where it is placed to see what its job is. Then there is the discussion about which types of capacitors are best . . .
