Hi!

I'm stuck trying to repair a Nad 2400 power amp. One channel is down, outputs fried and took 4 out of 6 transistors from the rail switching circuit with them. A pair of 2SB115/2SD1706 and a pair of 2SB895/2SD1347. I'm having a real hard time finding replacements. The only one I stumbled across are just as obsolete.
Suggestions would be much appreciated :p

Yes sorry I did mean 2SB1155. How sure can I be that the parts from Donberg are genuine ?
The picture for starters doesn't look the same as the one the came out. I've always been suspicious as they have almost all transistors that are very hard to find elsewhere. I've ordered from little diode before and got a bunch of fakes.

I want to try something before ordering parts and taking these parts and taking the risk of getting fake ones.

In you opinion, could I use as you suggested 2SA1943/2SC5200 to replace 2SB1155/2SD1706 and replace the 2SB985/2SD1347 With 2SB1203/2SD1803 ?
They seem pretty close in spec and are all available at mouser from On-semi in TO251 package.

You could use the 2SA1943/2SC5200 for the outputs. I personally would use NJW3281/NJW1302 simply because they're in TO-3P packages like the originals.

For replacing the 2SB985/2SD1347 transistors, KSA1220/KSC2690 would be my choice. Or for a similar package KSA931/KSC2331

Mouser has the 2SA1943/2SC5200 from toshiba in To-3P cases as well at roughly the same price. I don't really see the need to take exactly the same case here, as long as there is a single mounting whole I should be fine, they are individually mounted to the heat sink anyway.

My question was more regarding the 2SB1155/2SD1706.

From what I can see the collector current capabilities for these two options is way lower than the original 2SB986/2SD1347.
