First sorry for my english....
This is first time i write in this forum for me...but I follow you a lot time.
I want try to modify av1000 of Anthony Holton with ECX10P20/N20 and try to extract more power with less distortion....I know is hard!
So i do this:
I put 14 mosfet(ECX10..) per rail and replace 2sc2240 with ztx851 for to hold 150/160Volt.
In multisim 14.1 everything is ok except 5kw of dissipation for each mosfet.
The distortion is good(in simulation) just 0.005%, 1khz, 125watt and 0.012%,1khz, 500watts rms, 8ohm and 0.016% 780Watt rms at 8ohm.
So with 28 mosfet 5kw each??? maybe the gate resistor need change value? Or is better make the resistor source more of 0.1ohm?
