Yamaha HTR-5630 RDS A/V shuts down

Hello !

My A/V Receiver Yamaha HTR-5630 RDS shuts down when
it's warmed Up . . . .

Has anybody an idea what could be causing this !?

Friend of mine suspects a tiny (hair-) fraction in the Power Supply -
circuit board that fails when warmed up, but i can't find anything...

(i'm a "DIY -soldering" hobbyist , but when it comes to complicated
A/V equipment i'm a bit lost . . )

Tips would be appreciated VERY much ! !

I would suspect IC301/2 or 3 for dry joints.
If the machine has any power left in the capacitors, the IC's may die!
BE CAREFUL!!!

With "dry joints" you mean BAD solder-connections ?
