Rotel RB-991BX
I’m trying to repair my ROTEL RB-991BX power amlifier and I have to change transistors 2SA1142 and 2SC2682. I’ve tried to find their datasheet from the net, even visited manufacturer’s site – but there was nothing. Does anyone have their datasheet or know their direct replacements?

I am not sure that you have really "searched" internet in order to find those transistors.
I suggest you open-up http://www.google.com and type 2SC2682 and press enter. About 255 hits, and many places where you can order from. Dont get upset for noone replying within 24hrs ... just google. Regards, Hans |

Well with what I remember off my head...2SA1142 is a PNP transistor...so a 2SC2682 should be it's complimentary NPN pair...probably you can replace them with more easily available parts like the MJL21193/94 pair...should work...how many do you need?? I might have a few that I can send to you.just have to pay the shiping urself...wouldn't be too expensive even by air...

you can just buy them in store! http://www.reichelt.de does have them: 2SA1142 is €1.35 each. (Si-P, 180V, 0.1A, 8W, 180 MHz) 2SC2682 is €0.79 each. Grtz, Joris P.S. If you use the search on their website, remove the prefix "2S", so search for A1142 and C2682. |
