I've been told Toshiba is discontinuing 2SK1530 & 2SJ201 in US
Now, I'm not sure I should sink money into these particular parts for my 6 channel HT amp. However, I do like their generous 100msec SOA spec and their relatively low Vgs turn on threshold.
Anybody have any preferred alternatives for this type of application. I'm looking at running maybe 3 pair a channel into a 150W +/channel amp running off of 56 volt rails. I will be driving the gates beyond the output rails. |
