What amplifier did they come from and what are the supply voltages?
Those numbers look like Motorola special custom parts for a vendor. Motorola would have any information on these. Sounds like an old unit you're working on.
Also, have you checked bass-emitter drop to see if they are darlingtons, Germanium or silicon?

That series number is for special order transistors that Motorola made. Way back in the day I chased all this info down. That was before the internet existed. What I posted was what I was told by a Motorola engineer I got in touch with. Anyone could have these made, not the same part, but one of their own that would have a similar number.
I have some prototype transformers from Hammond. They are identified only by the job number and I doubt anyone else could order them.
