Question Best (cheap) film type cap

All,

I'm bulding an amplifier 'on the cheap' and trying to purchase all items from one supplier (to minimize shipping costs). So, of the Panasonic film type capacitors, which type (B, V, E, ECQ-E(B), etc.) which is best to use for coupling and bypassing?

Why look! Here are some more of those lowly Panasonic FC caps
in a Stereophile Class A rated amp FROM ENGLAND! How did those get in there?

What the Germans like them too......?
