Crown Xls602 Power Amplifier

I was thinking about buying this amp to power two 15" Tempests..what you guys think of it's capabilities..it's rated at about 600 watts into 4 ohms per side...Right now I am powering them with a Carver TFM35 ..at 350 per side...is it worth the extra expense or I won't see a diffrence?

As long as you are not playing sinewaves, the Carver has more peak power than the Crown.

I installed three of these Crown XLS-602 amplifiers at a local club.
The only problem I've had is with the cheap level controls.
They all failed quickly. I simply removed them from the circuit until I can replace them with better quality pots.
