If I want to run a 4-channel leach amp into car speakers (4-ohm) do I have to add more output transistors or is this not necessary?

The Leach Amp is pretty beefy as it is, unless you plan on running it pretty hard, I would guess that you'll be fine. Most car speakers (subs excluded) won't be able to handle the max power of a leach.
