I am just beginging to build this amp from Rod Elliot's project 68, what is the appropriate value for the wirewound resistors R16, R17... R21? And what is their purpose I know I read it somewhere but can't remember, something to do with leading current? Also one more thing, what should the voltage rating of C4 and C5 be? I know C13 and C12 should be at least 100V DC, but I only bought 2 of those. Thank you for your time.
