Hello,
The input stage of my friends Hiraga was changed in a way that I will kind of behave like a single ended amp. The output power is reduced 50 % by this modification.
My friend will surely keep me informed about the improvements the tent shunt did bring.
Greetings, Eduard

A better solution for the psu.
Do NOT use the bridging MKPs. Remove! Or replace by 5 - 6 100µF OR 220µF OR 470µF.
The ground RCA - board, I remember, is to alter.
And something others.
Your Cary Valves do sound MUCH better - do have the MUCH higher potential;-) Trust me;-) Change your speakers! And sources. The Hiraga A is a four-stage-complementary-parts-pp! Impossible to get a clean clear sound. NO CHANCE! That is a rumbling, roaring, noise-amp! Have built and tuned some;-P

And remove the copper-RAILS;-! Replace by 0,8 mm or 1,5 mm solid core.
Replace the litz-wire. Use solid core or coated litz-wire. MAX. 0,8 mm.
