I've got a Cambridge A1, the original from the days when amps were amps. I hear it was designed by Mr Creek. It's got some blown up driver transistors on one channel, on the good channel they are labelled C639/C640. They can't possibly be 2SC639/40, much too weedy for drivers. The o/p pair are TIP3055/2955.

Does anyone know what they are? I thought they might be BC639. I can't find a circuit anywhere but I will trace the tracks if I have to. I don't even know if they're complementary.
