Nakamichi 630 Tone control-HELP

I have a Nak 630 preamp + Carver TFM-25 driving the ATC 20SL pro.
The tone controls of the Nak 630 is set at ±9dB 20Khz for Treble and ±9dB 20Hz for Bass.
The settings are not optimum for my ATC.
It would be much better if the Treble is set at 15Khz and the Bass at 40Hz.
The attached file shown the tone controls schematic and could some one here helps to change some of the components so to achieve the required tone frequencies?
