Smile Circuit design: BJT modeling

Hello, I would like to ask a question regarding which model of analysis of amplifier circuits using bjt is better, such as π hybrid, model re, model T, etc. Which is better ? Which is the most used currently in amplifier projects? Thank you very much for your opinion.
