Default preamp:real McKoy or bogus

Hi folks...

A friend gave me a schematics for preamp , and I wander if it is Ok, so any opinion or suggestion is welcome. It has phono stage and tone control, IC's are NE5532.Sorry for handwriting and poor scan, but he gave me schematics like that.
