Nella pubblicazione snaa045a la Texas ci fornisce la formula per il calcolo della resistenza di gate nei mosfet.
Loro affermano che il valore per la coppia 2SK1530/2SJ201 è di 175ohm e di 500ohm, calcolando il valore con la formula ottengo un valore non molto distante da quello che loro danno.
A questo punto mi chiedo perché nello schema che loro hanno creato per LME49830 il valore delle due resistenze sia cosi basso mi sembra di 11 e 33 ohm se ricordo bene.
C’è qualcuno che mi sa spiegare il motivo di questa differenza.
Usando la formula per calcolare il valore della coppia IRFP240/9240 non trovo sorprese in quanto il valore è uguale a quello che usano nello schema in cui LME49830 pilota i due mosfet 240/9240.
Inoltre non riesco a trovare dei dati completi sulla coppia 2SK1530/2SJ201, perché manca il valore Rds, che invece viene dichiarato dalla IR nelle specifiche per la coppia 240/9240.

In the publication snaa045a the Texas provides us the formula for the calculation of the gate resistance in the MOSFET.
They say that the value for the pair 2SK1530 / 2SJ201 is 175ohm and 500ohm, calculating the value with the formula I get a value not far from what they give.
At this point I wonder why in the scheme that they have created for LME49830 the value of the two resistors is so low I seem to 11:33 ohm if I remember correctly.
Does anyone know how to explain the reason for this difference.
Using the formula to calculate the torque value IRFP240 / 9240 I do not find surprises because the value is the same as that used in the scheme in which the two mosfet driver LME49830 240/9240.
Also I can not find the full details on the couple 2SK1530 / 2SJ201, because there is Rds value, as is being said by the IR in the specifications for the 240/9240 pair.
