Ringing Mosfets
Hello Class d builders,
Can anyone recommend some power mosfets for my class D-amp. Im using an hip4081a to dive my H-bridge and that is driving an 8ohm load at about 50W. My switching frequency is around 100kHz and i need as little ring from the mosfets as possible. I am using some Ir510s as my Mosfets at the mo but there are so many on the market I don't know what to upgrade them to! Thanks for your time, Rog |
