suitable equivalent to mj4502/802 in flat (t03p) package

Hi All
Just a quick question for the more experienced. I'm looking for a complimantary pair of output transistors in a flat package similar to the T03p type which are suitable equivalents to the MJ4502/802 complimentary pair. I had my eye on the ON semi MJL21193/21194.

any suggestions.

Those are much better parts than the old MJ4502/802. They should substitute well. A less expensive choice would be the ones I see in most 100 watt Japanese amps, the 2SA1302 and 2SD3281. I love them, they are fast, tough and cheap. 200V, 15A, 200watts, Ft 30 MHz, low beta droop at high currents, in the T0-3BPL pack, cheap too - such a deal .
