Default Lets make DIYAUDIO design

Why dont we all from all around the world make 1 design that can be as legendary as Williamson amp in the tube field.
The goal is the best possible amplifier, audibly (if it can get to good measurement, it is better). The rating maybe 100W (this can be discussed also), all other design consideration of a single resistor or transistor will be discussed together.
If the next generation wants to know why it is designed like the final result, he/she can read the whole process in this diyaudio.com.

Yes, the idea comes from whats going on in passlab. Every single design passed by Mr.Pass is a juicy thread.
What if we make 3 stages power amp so everyone can see why a thing is done in a certain way. Ones with simulator can help with every stage development.

For educational purposes...yes

For making an ultimate amp...no. Pass have already done that pretty much, and what he havnt done, quite a few people are working on already. 99% of that is to refine and finetune Pass designs.

If anybody feel they got free extra time on their hands, they should rather look into making a cd player based on the phillips kit transport. A cd player with balanced output to match the XBOSOZ could be interesting and is still left relatively open.
