Default Pioneer Sc-09TX

Looking for an experienced person for troubleshooting this amplifier.

When the power button is pressed, the amp turns on, stays on for about 10 secs, then shuts down.

The Phase control indicator flashes, and that's it. The service manual states that an overcurrent was detected.

I went thru the painstaking dismantling process and determined that none of the amplifier outputs are shorted.

The Icepower supply itself turns on if you run 120vac directly to it. I think the supply voltage is 141vdc. All appeared fine.

I can't find what senses the OC, any help would be appreciated.

Have you service manual? Check for DC on the outputs and any rail that doesn't appear at switch on.
Support for Flying Mole Class D, Valve Equipment and designs both new and old.
