About the wire impendence

Dear Sir

I'd like to diy a XLR wire for my pre amplifier to power amplifier use ,Should the wire impendence match the power amp input impendence or not? For example.My amp are classe ca-100
the input impendence are 75Ohm.

anything else should be pay attention too?

are you shure that the input impedance
of your amplifier is 75 Ohm?

maybe 75k Ohm ?

or perhaps 75 Ohm is the output impedance
of the preamplifier.
