studio 350 amplifier
Hello to all
I would build the amplifier STUDIO 350, but I do not know the number of turns of the output coil L1 (6,8uH).
I need the following information:
1) number of turns
2) wire diameter (1 mm framework suppose, but I do not know if correct)
3) internal diameter of the coil (seeing the photograph of card is used I think is about 1.5 cm, but that's just my guess).
I thank those who can help me.

6.8uH is getting quite large and will need more wire.
This will raise the resistance if you use thin wire.
I consider 1mm diameter copper too small for a 6u8H air core.
Try 1.5mm or 1.8mm diameter. Or even bigger if you have it.
You will need between 20T and 25T wound around a 14mm to 15mm former. AA battery works.

There is a calculator here; Air Core Inductor Coil Inductance Calculator
applying to an air core inductor, if that is what you want to use.
a iron former can assist to confine and make the number of windings
For 6.8uH using an air core type you will need
Coil diameter 0.3 of an inch
Coil length 0.69 of an inch
Number of turns 50
Cheers / Chris
