Default Bipolar caps

Can I use bipolar caps for the input dc block?
Bipolar caps look like RD electro caps but are not polarized.

Yes of course you can BUT ensure you remain well within the voltage rating, treat it as an electrolytic in that respect

And provide a ground leak resistor (or similar) to cope with the leakage current. Generally, you use electrolytics in low impedance situations and film caps in high impedance situations.

Can you adopt a film capacitor at the input?

Typically a 100k for Zin will require a 1uF,
whereas a 22k for Zin will require 4u7F
