Hey guys! Has anyone have or had experience with VanAlstine power amps?? Are they any good? Reliability?
They seem to be shunned by the mainstream mags! Why?

Ive had his amps=okay not great. Musical Concepts or Musical Design willblow your socks off & GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO UPGRADE COMPONENTS LIKE BLACKGATES, PLATINUM RESISTERS ETC. Great value & quality at reasonable prices with over 20yrs exper. You be the judge. Ciao Ronnie

Musical Concepts.com or call John Hillig @ 636-447-0040 between 10 -4pm central. John has modded several cd players, receivers, & I own one of his Musical Design Amps. Great products & awesome sound!! You are only limited by your imagination & $'s as to what level you seek. Ciao Ronnie

Hey thanks for the info on those amps. I will give him a call. I am a throw back from the Eico and Dynakit days and really miss the DIY part of it.
