I did not say the difference is noticeable
but if there is one, it's certainly in favor to the 3875

Have built a ESP P19 (3876) and a GC (3875) and while they were implemented quite differently, especially the PS, there was no mistaking they were tonally one in the same.

The 3876 was a little richer in the bottom end due to the PS (I think). The 3875 was much the same though a little lighter in the bottom end, but the bottom end had the same tonal quality, if that makes sense.

If I were forced to choose one it'd probably be the P19, it was a little more foot tapping to me but only because of the above reason. Implementation

They are not dead on identical die but the difference is very small. They should sound identical.
