hi
I am having a problem identifying a resistor marked as R22. The resistor has burnt and the colour code has faded. I downloaded the schematic from the net but it is of no use because the schematic is so small and very blur to the extend the figures cannot be seen. If anyone who has worked on this amp, please assist.
Thanks
Carlos

The service manual is pretty much unreadable indeed. Luckily both channels are laid out identical along with the part numbering so if r22 in the other channel is still decipherable it will be the same.
Unfotunately, both channels have blown and both R22 resistors have also blown.
Thanks
Carlos
R22 (kR22) is 220ohm 1/2 watt. (it's between Q8/9 emitters)
If it's smoked, check the driver transistors (Q8/9) too- one or other or both is dead.
I've got a good quality photocopy from the Australian distributors at the time (Atsui).
OK Thanks John
