Default Bias and balance adjustment for Hafler DH-120

I made a mess of my dh-120 and bought a new but not used board on ebay. I did the bias adjustment, but cannot do the balance adjustment. The manual says a distortion analyzer is needed but I don't have one. I am newbee but still can do some simple things like the bias and solder skills. Any help without buying expensive stuff would be a great help.
