MW-880 small sub amp $20 Need info about it

I just got this mono amp with no instructions. Controls= Vol, bass, treble with 12v or 110 and RCA inputs. I placed a USB drive in it and it played MP3s fine (fat not Ntfs.) It has a treble pre-amp out which seemed to work. I could not figure the amp module or the crossover (if any) point.
Does anyone have one of these or know of which commercial system they came out of?
