These are standard PNP/NPN complementary types of low noise, low level audio BJTs that are similar to, but perhaps a little quieter than BC559C/549C. For preference, fit BC560C/550C. These may now also be hard to obtain in the C Hfe range but beware that some manufacturers produced these transistors with reversed pinouts. Check first and flip about as required. Thanks Ian. I will try the BC560C/BC550C.
