OK, I know that this is a D381, but I'm totally unfamiliar with the lowercase 'f' for the manufacturer.
Fairchild? I thought a D381 was a NEC device? |

I don't think it is Fairchild. The Fairchild logo is as attached below.

Sorry, my mistake, I looked on a faulty website. I think I have found a nice and better one now: http://www.elnec.com/iclogos.php
The logo I showed in my previous mail is from Fujitsu, the one on the transistor is from Fairchild. Steven |
