Default BEOCENTER 3500

Can anyone tell me of the serviceability of the BEOCENTER 3500.The unit does not power up and the original owner was complaining of one channel out. This is second hand information and I've yet to look at unit. I'm just looking for general info, typical failures and if parts are available. Thanks!

The bias set pots go O/C and cause the unit to shut down.
