i don't find any datasheets for these tranzistors!!
I have 3 tranzistors that i didn't found any datasheet for them
The series go down below: K1 086 -71 ; K1821 -63 ; C710 9YC3 and another question: -how do i know that a diode is a zenner and not a normal one?(how do i find out using the digital multimeter?)

Connect +24V through 2.2k resistor to diode cathode. Connect anode of the diode to -24V. Measure voltage drop between cathode and anode. Normal diode will show 24V (reverse polarised). Zener will show zener voltage, in case that it is lower than 24V.
