Default Sony STR-V333ES blowing power board fuse

New to diyaudio. I have a Sony STR-V333ES receiver. I recently moved and after the move the receiver is blowing the fuse on the power board. The relay on the power board repeat clicks until the fuse blows after about 5 seconds. I have started to unplug cables from board to board and have discovered if I unplug the ribbon cablefrom the "Digital-PWB" board that goes to the board on the back of the main unit the clicking goes away and the power can remain plugged into power. I'm not sure what to investigate next. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have not yet unscrewed the board on the back of the main controls. I have heard that maybe a loose solder connection could cause the relay to click. I visually inspected the connections and everything looks OK.
