I want to know if amplifiers built with same transistors of different values of amplification factor will perform differently. For example,if two 2N3055 have different values of Hfe,will performance differ? If so,is there any solution for this? Thanks.

Yes there are ways to match transistors. Check out the web site http://www.passlabs.com and go to the projects section. I think you can find the info under diy op amps.
