Default Some people loves a challenge ....

So, Uncle Charlie, in a genuine provocation challenge you...... because you are a challenge lover....to make a better Class A amplifier.

- First of all..... i would say...you gonna fail

- Second i would say....gonna waste your time

- Third thing i would say.... no one can do it

Several have tried...even the best from the best...the cream from the cream...this one has efficiency (30 watts RMS output)...and low distortion.... i can reduce distortion (THD) to less than 0.028%.

Great designers made good stuff..no one made so good as this one.

Let's see if you can beat this one....hehehehehe.... will fail.

You love open designs to tweak....here is your moment.

Conditions guys...1.9A each rail.... 36 volts each rail, THD less than 0.03%)

Picture shows an old friend of mine.... Akio..... one day i will tell you the one designed this one together uncle Charlie..... Morita is already dead.

This will be funny....sorry...Uncle Charlie already started to laugh...ahahahahahahahahaha!

regards,

Carlos

Default Please, post your Class A design

Post your simulation, your prototype if you have courage to build it and post movies and pictures about inspection using scope or spectrum analyzer

Enjoy...do you believe you can do it?

I doubt ( hehehe...arrogance is good to challenge) and challenging you to prove you can.

Voltage, current and power can be plus or minus 20 percent...no problem.

Picture was an advertisement made by São Paulo Government, to say people should cross street in the correct place...because there's a high speed lane to buses down here.... this advertisement was latter removed as looked too much shocking, but i have used and published in many amplifier threads, showing that i trust competition will be crashed easy by my amplifiers.... arrogance drive some people mad, others understand as challenge and build the stuff to see if they are really good in an attempt to crash Uncle Charlie...usually they do not do that..because my amplifiers are really nice.

Please, be aware that exist fake capacitors, to my amplifiers i suggest you to buy good, reliable brands to avoid to fake something this guy from Indonesia have faced.

regards,

Carlos

And there are people that gonna try....and this is interesting to see their ideas.

Where are the ones use to be buzzing around?...where are they?....hehehehehe

I am just kidding...of course people can do it...but will not be easy...this unit is awesome.

Picture ifrom the eighties... it has 34 years old....heheheheh...i was young....one day!

See this one...even older.

Carlos

Default One thing is clear and guaranteed.....

People that decide to do will have fun, if assemble will have a very special amplifier...this is all guaranteed.

Designers of that stuff are very good ones...the one helped me is 100 times better than i am.

Now a days i am a boring old man.

Carlos

Default If you decide to build..then have attention

The trimpot adjust the off set.

The iddle current you can adjust into the source resistors... reducing the value the current increase and the distortion reduces....increasing them you reduce current and reduce distortion...the circuit is already optimized...0.47 ohms up and 0.33 ohms down.

These guys that "thinks" they have knowledge will believe this is an error...hehehehehhe....no error.....it has a purpose.

This monster goes hot...aprox. 100 watts....but efficiency is awesome to a Class A..goes more than 28 percent easy.

I am not that special as a designer, but the guy did it with me is a monster ...the guys knows a lot...and one day i gonna tell you the name and you will be very surprised...one day...do not know the day...one day....first let's wait designers come to try to beat us...hehehehehe..this gonna be funny.

Where is Wahab?... he looks that knows a lot...also BV...... where is AndrewT, this one may know a lot.... where is Line up... where is Halojoy and Eva?... where is PMA?...i do think they have courage to face the challenge.... what do you think..will they come?

regards,

Carlos

Default You see....no one!

If you ask help...then they do not come...if you challenge them to make something better..then they do not accept the risk or responsibility.... you see.

They can change to make it better..the way the usually do..when you do not invite them to suggest then they are there to bother...when you invite... no one.

You see.....something they love.. to put their fingers to make the unit better, to show flaws, or errors..then they come very fast...when it is to work and to show themselves to be under control, when people will do with them what they use to do with us..to be evaluating us...then they do not come.

Is this courage or something different?

regards,

Carlos

Default We have an amplifier, a Solid State one, a class A one

in development, not ready, accepting modifications to increase performance (if the guy prove it gonna be better with simulations and real world stuff)...exactly what people say it is fair...to develop stuff in an union of minds.

Of course i will not assemble their ideas, will not work for them to try their ideas...want to be famous..then work.

Where are they?

regards,

Carlos

Default We left something missed for you to fix

Symptom is overshot...but for sure you know how to fix this....it is basic in electronics.

Carlos
