Default Home theater subwoofer input board question

Do the components on this input board attenuate the input signal? Or filter it? Might expect a lo-pass filter, but see no R-then-C.... Does the 100K to gnd on the main board set the impedance? I want to connect a low-impedance signal to this amp... Thanks! PS I hope the attached pic loads.....
