Has any one built this 1KW amp?

Any senior member If you have be please kind enough to post a working driver circuit to give me around 75 volts at output in class ab with bjt.As I told earlier power supply and mj 15024-25 no problem for me.

75 volts into 8ohms at output implies rails of +-112volts at full power, unloaded rails will be higher, about +-140volts....

your Output devices needs to be able to withstand about 300 volts....

imho, you are better off doing classH instead...
 
I think with 15024-25 I can go up to 120 volt rail.24 pairs will give me .5 ohm handling. supply I will make 87-0-87 x2-30 amp primary that is 11 s.w.g in primary and 12 s.w.g in secondary for a toroidal core of 40 amps. I am up to that. Meanwhile Transformer for one channel in process .Attached are photos of trafo, my stock of cores,and another project started 2 years ago now time to start again.

1000W into 2r0 requires 63Vpk.
This could be got from loaded supply rails of ~+-70Vdc.
These will probably rise to ~+-80Vdc when the amplifier is ticking over.
Your 12pair output stage using MJ15024/5 should be OK with that.
But why aim for 2ohms loading.
Why don't you build two amplifiers for 4ohms loading?
Your audience are more likely to hear your signals because two amplifiers driving two sets of speakers are more likely to keep on playing.
 
As a side note:

I have used a Leach output stage with 10 pair of MJ15024/25 with another pair of same as drivers to run a 1Ω load with ±80V rails. Still running fine after 20+ years. Another one running ±63V into 2Ω with three pair of MJ15011/12 blew up after about 25 years (the owner liked to drive it hard into clipping from time-to-time).

i am surprised the 3pair running into 2ohms lasted as long.
Just goes to show how gentle "loud" music is to the amplifier.
3pr @ ~250W gives a maximum output of ~300W. That 300W would be delivered into 4r0 from a +-60Vdc PSU, not 2r0.
This should be rated as a 4ohm capable amplifier.

10pr of 250W devices gives a capability of ~1000W

Thanks for showing interest in my project.I am talking about 24 pairs that is 48 transistors in one channel.I have 50 pairs 15024-15025 Motorola not On with me. earlier I have used 10 pairs in one channel in dirty harry by Fotios and it is running perfectly up to 1 ohm load since 3 years.I am already using 90-0-90 in same . so I think to achieve my goal of 70 volt output in .5 ohm load with a driver circuit with rail of 120-0-120 will solve it. It is not my audience for whom I want to make this Amp. For my programes I always use Multi frequency divided system up to 6 divisions that is Subwoofer, Bass,Upper bass,lower mid,Mid.Upper mid and H.f.I do not use passive crossover not even active crossover. I use six equalizers+ 3 more for monitoring.and use up to14 stereo Amps for most of my shows. All my own made boxes and Amplifiers. I am sending Photo of one of my show.

are you sure? 70 volt output in .5 ohm load is 11250 watts......you will need a traffo the size of a pole distribution transformer...

Here I go Again With all you learned people's advice in same leach circuit with some changes and 15024-25 I have reached my goal of 70 volts and much more pressure. Here is snap of a new circuit I designed on multisim 11 . See the specifications with 24 pairs 15024-25 2 pair drivers and 120-0-120 rails

I already have this primary wound traffo and collection of trannies for my project.I only try the things when I have resources .Primary is with 8 s.w.g. A coat of vectol varnish . Insulatig cotton tape and then secondry to my needs. an traffo is ready. for supply.you can imagine power by size.
