Default KSA-250 changing mains voltage

Hey all,

I have been asked if my Krell KSA-250 can be switched to 220v - 230v. There is no ibfo anywhere, and don't want to call Kreel...just yet.

Anyway, I see three switches on the soft start board - from reading around the net, these are to change mains voltage...anyone have any info on what the set would be for 220v?

One switch up high, two switches down low looking down from top of amp.

Thanks!!

Krell fit software & hardware that prevents operation in an area that is not the original market for the ex factory item.

This uses a combination of voltage and frequency detection to only allow start up using the original factory look up table for that area.

I think it was to stop "grey imports" that might take away profit from licensed retailer/importer.

You will need to investigate what settings your item has and whether it will accept a change of voltage and still work.
