pioneer sa 1010 burning resistor

All new to this. Trying to repair my Pioneer Sa1010 but after changing many caps and transistors still burns R11 10 ohm resistor. When checking the power supply circuit board there was a much larger resistor which a repair shop had put in.Whilst checking other things I replaced it with the correct one as the schematic. Have attatched circuit diagram and any help would be much appreciated.

If R11 is burning that means too much current through it, problem is where ever pin 14 connects to.

Something behind the 56V pin 14 draws too much current. Maybe it's a short circuit.

Thanks for the replies. 14 leads to the power amp assembly. Have attatched diagram for that. Will have to look further.

Do you measure the voltages as indicated on the schematic. They are there for a reason. If they are correct undo the 56V and place a current meter in between, then work out the wattage needed for the 10 ohm.

Have found shorted transistor Q10. fingers crossed when replaced. With power amp boards disconnected votage at 14 was 56v.
