Hello all, I was wondering if anyone know of any MJ15003/15004 spice models?

Look at: http://www.onsemi.com
Do a search there for the models you want for general data sheets. A search for MJ15001 and -2 have links for PSPICE models, which may be close enough for your needs. --Damon |
