Default Peal level indicator...needs help!

HI!

I need a peak level indicator for my preamp. A red LED should peak at levels higher than -10 db (250mV).

I found the attached circuit. It works from +10 db down to 0 db.

How do I calculate the value for Rx at - 10 db?

Best,

Peter
