Default Luxman L-200

Just found a cheap Luxman L-200 amp.
It seems to work, one channel gives less power then the other one.
Someone already replaces the front lamp with a LED.

What can be the problem with power difference?

I'm also thinking of replacing the electrolytic caps.

Any advice also to restore it would be helpful.

Replace the caps before looking for other trouble.
