A friend has asked me to look at his Levinson No 23; intermittent channel and a broken fuse holder.

The fuse holder is fixed but the shape of the amp boards is, in my novice estimate, not too great. Seems like these boards get really hot (class A amp?).

What I need help with is identifying a replacement for a cap that is MIA. It is one of the clear body/see through kind of smaller caps show in the pictures below. On the schematic it is labeled as 8n2 KP.

In the mean time, I'm going to test the caps and fix up any cold solder joints.

Thanks!

Oh, also, if anyone has any other advice on what I should be checking now that I'm 'under the hood' for an old Levinson amp, by all means post it!
