Default Marantz AC500 no sound, help PLEEEEZE

Hi All,
The unit when powered up through a Dim Bulb Tester (which doesn't glow at all) has no sound from either the headphone socket or the pre-outs.
Originally the PCB shown had multiple burnt areas. I worked through, testing/removing for testing and replacing anything out of spec.
There are still 3 areas as shown which are still not right(?).
Main question; does the -ve 5.6v come from this board, or is it the return from elsewhere?
Any suggestions/questions/glaringly obvious fixes would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, I am a Noobe, and only have a mid range DMM, no 'scope.
