AA118 does anybody know what diod type that is?

i need the spec on that diode and a list of possibly substitutions?

So far a I can ascertain, the AA118 is a germanium signal diode rated at 115V 50mA/0.5Ap.

As far as i know;this kind of diodes has been used often in VU-meters,because of its almost perfect response.
