With 1r0 emitter resistors on the outputs, the output bias will be approximately 26mA for optimum ClassAB.
This gives an output stage dissipation of ~51W for all 18 devices. Add another 6W for the drivers. Quite manageable, especially for a "big" amplifier that will probably be fan cooled.

This amp will be cooled with two 0,14A/220V fans in parallel 120x120mm size.

What about SOAR of a 9pair 1943/5200 stage when operating from a 110Vdc supply?

Many diyers love old school amps with classic design without cascodes or class H operation, just simple current mirror VAS and EF output stage
