Adcom 545ii problems

Good morning,

I have done a bunch of searching and reading to the point where I am overwhelmed now.

I have an Adcom 545ii, it was recapped about a year ago.

as of late I noticed that when I power up the amp it pushes the speaker drives way out and then sucks them in on initial power up and then it settles down.

Sound quality is fine and no other noises and such.

This happens pretty quickly.

I am at a lose here and want to know where I should begin to test the internals

When you recapped it, did you also replace the electrolytics in the circuit, esp the one in the feedback?

Electrolytics dry out with age.

I have seen some larger values with specced hours of 2000.

I had it recapped by someone else.
I will look into that.
Does anyone have a picture or a diagram that would show the circuit board caps?

I will open up the amp tomorrow and have a look.

Please bare with me I am new with these type of things.
